A senior correspondent at AkweyaTV, Maurice Idajor Ajah, has been officially ordained as a Reverend at the Ekklesia of the First-Born Church in Maraba, Nasarawa State, along with other members of the church into offices of pastors and deacons.
The ordination ceremony, held in the presence of family, friends, and congregation members, marked a well-deserved milestone in his spiritual journey.

Reverend Ajah, who hails from Akpa, Benue State, has been pastoring at the church for over three years, demonstrating great commitment to his faith and community. His dedication and leadership have earned him admiration within the church and beyond.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Senior Pastor of The Ekklesia of the First-Born, Reverend James Alkali, commended Reverend Ajah’s humility, integrity, and devotion to service.
“I have known Pastor Maurice Idajor for over four years, and he has pastored churches with large congregations. Yet, he remains a man of humility and strong character,” Reverend Alkali stated.
The ordination service was a moment of joy and thanksgiving. Among those in attendance were the CEO of AkweyaTV, Mr. Odoh Diego Okenyodo; the president of the Akweya Community Development Association, Mr. Agor Maurice Adiga, and members of the Akweya Community.
