Mr Mnyim greeting his ‘schoolmates.’
Benue State’s Attorney General, Fidelis Mnyim Esq., ACArb, was spotted attending secondary school in Makurdi, complete with full school uniform and academic materials.
The senior state official, who also serves as Commissioner for Justice and Public Order, surprised onlookers as he made his way to class carrying a backpack filled with textbooks, dressed in standard school attire typically worn by teenage students.
Mr Mnyim joined the assembly line.
The unusual sight of a high-ranking government official returning to secondary education has sparked significant interest across the state capital. Mnyim, a qualified lawyer and chartered arbitrator, appeared fully committed to the role of student, carrying standard school supplies.
While the purpose of this remarkable return to secondary education remains unclear, the commissioner’s action has generated considerable buzz in Makurdi.
