Krayzeetee Atu Terver, who serves as Principal Special Assistant on Youth and Media Mobilisation to the governor, was reportedly abducted in Nigeria’s capital city.

According to his wife, Terver managed to make a brief phone call following his abduction, informing her of his situation and requesting that his mother be notified of the incident. His phone line subsequently went dead, and all attempts to reestablish contact have failed.

The circumstances surrounding the kidnapping remain unclear, with few details available about when or where exactly the abduction took place in Abuja.

Family members and supporters have issued urgent appeals to Nigerian security agencies to prioritise Terver’s safe rescue. The incident adds to growing concerns about security challenges in the Federal Capital Territory and across Nigeria.

As of press time, neither the Benue State Government nor federal security agencies have issued official statements regarding the abduction.

This is a developing story, and further details are expected as the situation unfolds.
