The Federal Government has invited proposals from qualified media firms and entities to support the Presidential Initiative for Unlocking the Healthcare Value Chain (PVAC) through a comprehensive 12-month public awareness and strategic communication campaign.
The request, announced under the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, seeks to engage a media partner to design and implement a nationwide communication strategy that highlights PVAC’s activities, achievements, and impact.
PVAC was launched in October 2023 by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as part of the Renewed Hope Agenda and aims to attract significant investments into Nigeria’s healthcare delivery system. The initiative is coordinated by the Minister of Health and Social Welfare.
According to the official call, the selected firm will provide multimedia support, including print, radio, television, digital media, and stakeholder engagement coverage. Specific assignments include editorial content production, interviews, documentary filming, social media engagement, and daily video documentation of the National Coordinator’s activities.
The contract will also require the production of a six-part documentary series, monthly print features, and content in English and major Nigerian languages. Monitoring and evaluation reports will be submitted quarterly to assess media reach, engagement, and public sentiment.
Interested media firms must demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience in media production and public sector communication, with a track record in the health or development sector. Firms must also be registered and present valid tax clearance certificates.
Applications are to be submitted by email to pvacprocurement@gmail.com on or before June 30, 2025. Proposals must include technical and financial submissions with methodology, work plans, corporate documentation, and a detailed budget. The government emphasised that late submissions will not be considered.
