Aloba Olatunji Isaac, the Pharmacy Merit Award Winner (MAW), who just emerged as the newly elected Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory chapter of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), signals a new era for the organisation.

A man of letters, Pharm. Aloba’s leadership is underpinned by a robust academic foundation, holding an Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agricultural Engineering, a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, a Master of Science in Medical Sociology, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Philosophy, and currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Strategic Study.

Beyond his extensive academic pursuits, Pharm. Aloba is a successful entrepreneur, serving as a Director for Renaissance Royale Apartments and Trailbrakers Mall in Abuja, and as the founder and Chairman of the thriving Alobson Pharmacy Ltd, which boasts multiple branches.

His commitment to the advancement of the pharmacy profession is further demonstrated through his establishment of a PCN-accredited centre for training community pharmacy interns.

Pharm. Aloba’s administrative capabilities are well-established, having served as the immediate past Vice Chairman of the ACPN FCT Branch and as a Board of Trustees Member and the Deputy Lord Mayor of Trailbrakers Club of Abuja.

Fondly known as “Alobson,” he is widely regarded as a pacesetter and a highly successful professional who, despite being a man of few words, consistently brings insightful contributions and innovative ideas to the table, actively participating in ACPN and PSN FCT committees and utilising his strong business acumen, social networks, and unwavering integrity to enhance the associations’ activities for the benefit of all members.

As Pharm. Aloba assumes his new role, there is a palpable sense that he will inspire the entire ACPN FCT chapter to work together towards achieving greater heights under his leadership, a vision perfectly captured by his campaign slogan, “Aloba 2025… Achieving Greater Heights Together!”
