While the entertainment world is still reeling from the revelations about rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, an additional 120 victims have come forward to accuse the rapper of sex abuse for 25 years, with several underage victims, including a nine-year-old, among them.
During a press conference in Houston on Tuesday, Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee revealed that of the 120 new accusers, 25 were allegedly minors when the alleged abuse happened between 1991 and as recently as this year. The youngest alleged victims were 9, 14, and 15 years old when the abuse supposedly occurred.
“This individual, who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records,” the attorney disclosed. He added that the individual was “sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to him himself of getting a record deal.”
In response to these new allegations, Combs’ legal team has been quick to deny any wrongdoing. His lawyer, Erica Wolff, told the Daily Mail that: “Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
Wolff added that Combs “looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
In the meantime, Combs has been denied bail as he awaits trial in his federal sex trafficking case.
The mounting allegations and legal challenges paint a troubling picture for the once-celebrated music industry figure.
