The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations elections has produced Dr Ike Neliaku as President and Prof. Emmanuel Samu Dandaura as Vice President in a keenly contested process. The election also produced the underlisted as Members of its Governing Council to join five other nominees of the Federal Government. It was the Governing Council members who voted in the duo.
