With a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989, Maduoma has built an impressive career spanning over three decades. His extensive experience includes work with various national and international organizations, focusing on Strategic Planning, Leadership, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Administration, and Human Resource Management. His expertise also extends to consulting and private accounting practice.
Before this appointment, Maduoma was the Director of Institutional Services and Chief Operations Officer at the CLEEN Foundation. This internal promotion speaks to the organisation’s confidence in his capabilities and familiarity with its operations.
