UN Women Representative Visits Nigeria for GIFA Anniversary

The Coordinator of the Office of the First Lady, Lady Helen Eno Obareki, welcomed United Nations Women Representative to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Ms. Beatrice Eyong, in preparation for upcoming high-profile events in Uyo.

Ms. Eyong will deliver the keynote address at the first-anniversary celebration of the Golden Initiative For All (GIFA) on February 20, 2025. The event will coincide with the posthumous birthday celebration of the late First Lady, Pastor Patience Umo Eno, at Ibom Hall.

Governor Pastor Umo Eno is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the new GIFA house in Uyo during the ceremony.

The coordinator of the Office of the First Lady is also the daughter of the late First Lady.
