Ms Deborah Chiamaka Emeh, the CEO of Kapolla Multimedia, has shed light on why her organisation convened a networking event titled “Abuja Business Circuit: Building Sustainable and Functional Connections.” She told Akweya TV on Wednesday, 20 November 2024, in an exclusive chat that the Abuja Business Circuit was aimed at fostering partnerships and promoting sustainable business practices in Nigeria’s capital.

The event, which took place at Merit House in Maitama, Abuja, brought together business leaders, government officials, and industry professionals for a day of engaging discussions and networking. The keynote speaker, Odoh Diego Okenyodo, CEO of Isu Media Ltd, delivered a compelling address that highlighted the importance of sustainable business connections and strategic alliances in achieving long-term growth in the Nigerian business landscape.

The event also featured a panel discussion with prominent speakers including Barr. Peter Ekwueme, a respected Debt Recovery Attorney, and Hon. Obinna Nwosu, an accountant and politician. The panellists shared insights into key aspects of sustainable business practices, risk management, financial accountability, and how businesses can thrive in an evolving economic environment.

According to Ms Emeh, “What I found interesting was that throughout the event, attendees had the opportunity to engage with speakers and network with other professionals, creating a vibrant atmosphere that underscored the value of collaboration.” The summit provided a platform for meaningful discussions on how businesses can support one another and build connections that transcend short-term gains.

“We are thrilled with the turnout and engagement at the event,” said Deborah C. Emeh, the convener of the summit. “This summit is just the beginning of a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening business connections in Abuja and beyond. We are committed to fostering a culture of sustainable growth and functional partnerships in Nigeria.”

The “Abuja Business Circuit” summit marks a significant step in Kapolla Multimedia’s mission to empower business professionals by providing them with platforms to network, learn, and grow. The organisation hopes to host more events of this nature annually to continue building a sustainable business ecosystem in Nigeria.
