The organisers of Zazzau Books and Arts Festival, ZABAFEST, have announced an open mic night for poets and musicians scheduled for April 27, 2025. The event aims to provide a platform for talented performers to showcase their creative works.
“Calling all poets and musicians to come and showcase their talents. The ZABAFEST invites you to perform and share your talents,” reads the announcement released by the festival organisers.
Interested performers are required to register through an online form. According to the organisers, all participants, including performers, must purchase tickets to attend the event. Standard tickets are priced at ₦4,000, while premium tickets that include a commemorative tote bag are available for ₦8,000.
The announcement encourages potential participants to “take the bold step” and register for what promises to be a celebration of poetry and music.
