The Felix Anthony Ojih Foundation (FAOF) has empowered 73 teenagers, youths and mothers with digital and entrepreneurial skills as part of efforts to enhance their employability, business opportunities and self-reliance.
The beneficiaries graduated from a three-week Community Enterprise and Digital Boot Camp organised by the foundation, which commenced on August 10 and ended on August 29, 2026.
The graduation ceremony, which began with a procession of the graduating participants, attracted parents, spouses, friends, well-wishers and other guests.
Speaking at the event, the Founder of the Felix Anthony Ojih Foundation, Mr Felix Anthony Ojih, said the decision to focus on digital competence and entrepreneurship was informed by the rapid changes taking place in the world.
He said,
“digital competence was becoming increasingly important in education, employment and business, while entrepreneurship equips individuals with the mindset to identify opportunities, solve problems and create value.”
In an exclusive interview with AkweyaTV, Ojih expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the boot camp, commending the participants for their eagerness to learn and commitment throughout the training.
He encouraged the graduates to become good ambassadors of the foundation, assuring them that mentorship would continue beyond the training programme.
“Create values, start with what you have” he added.
Some of the graduating participants also shared their experiences with AkweyaTV, describing the programme as transformative and highlighting the knowledge and skills they acquired. They expressed optimism about applying the skills to create income-generating opportunities and improve their livelihoods.

Among the guests who spoke with AkweyaTV were Pastor Uche Umege, Lead Pastor of The Lord’s House Gospel Church, Abuja, and Ms Assumpta Iwu, Founder of the Assumpta Nehemiah Foundation, Kubwa, Abuja.
The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of certificates to the 73 participants, alongside prizes for outstanding students.
