A member of the Osun State House of Assembly, who represents the Obokun State Constituency, Adewumi Adeyemi, offered Eid El-Fitr congratulations to constituents, the state, and the nation yesterday.
Adeyemi, also known as “Irekandu,” delivered a call to action from his home in Ibokun, highlighting the importance of unity, compassion, and communal harmony during this festive season.
He said that Eid el-Fitr, which marks the conclusion of Ramadan, acts as a spiritual beacon for encouraging unity and solidarity among all residents.
“A nation characterised by a community of people embracing core values, alongside youth driven by altruism, holds the key to fostering a better Nigeria. Through shared values of integrity, compassion, and selflessness, we can collectively strive towards a brighter future for our beloved country, Nigeria,” he emphasised.
Adeyemi declared his unwavering dedication to bettering the lives of his people, Osun State, and Nigeria as a whole. He urged government leaders at all levels to emphasise the well-being of the people, reiterating the need to exceed expectations in service delivery.
