By Hon Usman Ochidi
Dekina/Biraidu
Kogi State House Of Assembly

We thank Almighty God for bestowing on him these great attributes. We will always owe a huge debt of gratitude to the deceased for his significant contributions towards the growth of our life and the state Assembly. His death was a big loss and indeed threw the entire Group into deep mourning.

Hon Enema Paul was a teacher and our pastor at the 8th Assembly.
As a ranking member, he was able to introduce many of us to the procedures and the role of the legislature.
A great teacher is warm, accessible, enthusiastic, and caring. This person is approachable, not only to colleagues, but to everyone at the state Assembly.

Something unique about his personality, was his stand with God Almighty, despite the illness, he held on to Almighty God.
When he was a Commissioner representing Dekina, I was privileged to serve at the same time as a special Adviser on project monitoring.
We were collaborating progressively, his contribution towards the electrification project from OGBABO, AJONIGBBELEGU, ARABA ABOCHO, EMEWE OPADA AND THE NEW CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRIC PROJECT FROM AJEGWU TO OFODA MY VILLAGE was unimaginable and remain indelible in the memories of my people during the Administration of the Former Governor of Kogi State, Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello.
Hon Enema Paul , our name is attached together, when you hear the Dekina one, then Dekina two.
I miss you greatly, I visited Abuja three consecutive times to see your final smile, unfortunately, it wasn’t possible.
Rest in peace, leader, friend, brother and colleague.

Your death should also be a reflection of being sober for all of us, that death ☠️ has nothing to with status of Age.
~Hon Usman S. Ochidi member representing Dekina/Biraidu Constituency know as Dekina one.
