The late Dr. Joseph Ejeh and his sister, Alice Ejeh, have been buried following a funeral Mass held at St. John Catholic Church, Effiom Edumoga, in Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue State.
The Mass was officiated by Reverend Father Solomon Akor and attended by family members, friends, sympathizers, and members of the Knights of St. John International.
The burial follows an earlier report by Akweya TV on the death of Dr. Joseph Ejeh, who died two days after the burial of his wife.
Speaking to Akweya TV after the funeral Mass, the immediate younger brother of the deceased, Engineer John Ejeh, thanked everyone who supported the family during the period of mourning.
He expressed appreciation to individuals, religious leaders, friends, colleagues, and members of the public who visited the family, attended the funeral, sent condolence messages, offered prayers, or provided other forms of support.
Engineer Ejeh said the family was grateful for the solidarity shown during the bereavement and prayed for God’s blessings upon all those who stood with them.
The funeral Mass was followed by the interment of Dr. Joseph Ejeh and Alice Ejeh in their hometown in Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue State.
